Our first trip to Atchley was great. He also periodically gave us phone calls to let us know that a particular car had arrived at Atchley that we may want to look into. We bought our car on our second visit from Randy's partner and brother, Larry, who was very helpful and informative when explaining the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. Overall, our experience at Atchley was very positive and we are very happy that we purchased our car there. More

My experience at Atchley Ford and more specifically with my salesperson, Joe Raven was by far the best experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. Prior to visiting Atchley I had been in contact with R my salesperson, Joe Raven was by far the best experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. Prior to visiting Atchley I had been in contact with Rusty Eck Ford. The only reason being that I had purchased my 2010 Ford Focus there and had received information in the mail about refinancing or trading up. I found Rusty Eck Ford to be unprofessional and undesirable to deal with. I am sorry I even entertained the thought of going anywhere other than Atchley. I will never make that mistake again. I will be coming back to Atchley and Joe when I am ready to trade my current vehicle in. I was so happy with how Joe took care of me that I have recommended him to everyone that I know. I have a few friends that drive FORDS and I have recommended that they go to Atchley when they are ready to trade in or trade up and see Joe. More

I've received nothing but the best service when dealing with Atchley Ford and Mike Galvan. My family has purchased/leased nearly 10 vehicles over the past 5-6 years and we will continue to come back again with Atchley Ford and Mike Galvan. My family has purchased/leased nearly 10 vehicles over the past 5-6 years and we will continue to come back again. I've even sent friends there as well for their vehicles. I've worked with a few Ford and other dealerships in the past and Atchley stands head and shoulders above not only with their service but also in listening to and providing for what we actually want and need. We're not treated like we're just another customer coming through the door to buy something but employees (in addition to Mike) there actually know who we are and are just as friendly each and everytime. It not only is important to us but my friends have said so as well. Many times they provide services that other dealerships aren't willing to provide as well. More

I am giving this rating because I have had a very pleasant experience with Atchley Ford overall and particularly with my Salesman Joe Raven. I didnt have to worry about alot of hassle and run around pleasant experience with Atchley Ford overall and particularly with my Salesman Joe Raven.
