We are sorry you were not pleased with some aspects of the experience, and ultimately decided not to actually buy the Rogue you were looking at. It is great you were very pleased with your sales consultant. You felt the finance part of this experience was less than satisfactory. Our staff did go over pricing with you. You initially expressed interest in getting an extended warranty for your vehicle. We did tell you how much that would cost to add that warranty for your vehicle. We are not going to reduce the price of the vehicle for the price of that extended warranty just to complete this transaction, as you requested. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. We have worked closely with the military community for years and will continue to do so. We do not agree with your claims as stated in this review. Dear Dick, Thank you for your recent purchase. We are greatly sorry to hear, however, that you were not completely satisfied with this experience. It sounds like there were several issues that contributed to that dissatisfaction. We have higher standards, so it is disappointing that this wasn’t a better purchase experience overall. Regarding the door latch, that should have been handled in a timely manner so you wouldn’t have to waste your time and come back to find that the issue hadn’t been fixed yet. We are sorry about that. I have brought this matter to the attention of upper management. I’m not sure yet what may have led to this, but we will work at making sure this type of thing doesn’t happen again. Timely updates would be expected when a vehicle is here in service. You shouldn’t have to reach out to us for an update. That is our responsibility. We can do better in that area it sounds like. We do want to apologize for any interaction that was not truly exceptional. All staff should present themselves in a professional, helpful manner. If you experienced anything less than that, then that is not all right. I did try to reach out to you by phone and email to try to discuss your purchase experience, but I was not able to reach you.
