Got another call today from Debbie and still nothing resolved. Want be referring you guys to anyone. First off Daniel Gibson lied and had a printed contract ready (that I signed as primary and my husband as co signer 6.99 interest) that he say we were approved. Then a couple days later a call from Daniel Gibson saying we actually didn’t get that approved so we’re going with another bank instill that approved me as in Eboni Duncan. Told Dan about my credit and my situation. Never said I wanted loan application applied for in my husband. But Dan did that anyway. All lies from the start!!! Never ever again!!!

Hello Eboni, Thank you for speaking with me a few times about your purchase experience. We are very sorry you were not satisfied with all aspects of the purchase. You did tell me the sales person was great. I don’t think you had anything negative to say about the vehicle at all. Your concerns are focused on finance only. We are sorry for any inconvenience you suffered. We did resolve everything to meet your requirements about putting you first on your loan as primary. The only lingering detail involves your bank and how they send notifications. Despite a representative at that bank stating he could accommodate your wishes, the bank did not make that change. Upon speaking with the bank again, they made a suggestion to us that I passed along to you. This would have been the easiest solution to fix the problem about notifications, but you told me you were not going to do that. As for interest rate, you came here initially with a different bank’s offer at a higher interest rate. We found you something lower to save you money. We are very sorry you feel the way you do about everything. At no time did our finance manager or anyone else on our staff lie to you. It is completely not accurate at all about your claims against this store for lying. Everyone was upfront. We want to do the best we can to provide a purchase experience that will make our customers happy. We tried multiple times to try to accommodate your wishes. We understand your concerns and have spoken with you several times about them. We are sorry you are upset about this purchase experience. Debbie you were not there and don’t know the story so you can not say Dan didn’t lie. Because he did lie. He literally did the opposite of what I ask him not to do just to sale the car. You can’t tell me he was right because he was dead wrong. So please don’t every say that because I’m the one had to deal with you guys horrible services. Why should I have to correct you guys errors? If he would have never applied in my husband name and gave my husband information it would have never happened. I’ll never buy again. Thank you!

Harley did make a fair offer to take care of his end of the problem and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately, when I called the extended warranty company they said they never said they wouldn't cover the engine repairs and the claim was still pending. We had already paid out of pocket for the repairs. I'm so glad I followed up on my own after getting misinformation from the service dept. I was able to gather all the paperwork for the engine repairs and submit it for a reimbursement. Fingers crossed.

The struggle continues, It is now a month since my son's 2011 Chevey Colorado was inspected. The adjuster at the extended warranty company needs to know why the engine seized, because the service dept at Woodman Nissan didn't not state the reason on the multi-inspection report. They told my husband it was because the oil leaked out, but he paperwork said the oil levels were full. Because they told us the extended warranty company would not cover the repairs, we didn't bother to ask them to correct the paperwork. Now, my son is overseas in Kuwait and I'm trying to sort things out. i feel Woodman Nissan's service dept. really dropped the ball and we are the one's out the cost of replacing the engine. I sent a personal email to Debbie Oberg who responded above and explained why I was not ready to retract my statement yet. She was empathetic, but said there was nothing she could do. The adjuster will be contacting Woodman Nissan soon. Hopefully, they will confirm the engine seized because the oil leaked out and this will finally be over. After Harley trying to make things right, I sincerely hope the service dept has the same integrity.
