Fantastic customer service, BJ was straight forward and when he was unsure of answering a question from the customer he didn’t give you some answer he thought he new if he wasn’t sure he verified it with h when he was unsure of answering a question from the customer he didn’t give you some answer he thought he new if he wasn’t sure he verified it with his higher and ensured I was getting the correct information. Raymond lied from the beginning about the vehicle. He sent pics but failed to show parts inside the car were falling off. Upon a set appointment the vehicle was not ready to look at. Came all the way fro sent pics but failed to show parts inside the car were falling off. Upon a set appointment the vehicle was not ready to look at. Came all the way from Wyoming just to wait. The vehicle was dirty inside. There were pieces of upholstery coming apart. And the whole back liner was busted and needs to be replaced. Didnt see that until after the fact so now im out at least 400 dollars to get it fixed. Raymond said he didnt see it either like dude dont you inspect what you are selling? They also had a referral promotion and wont give me the money for it because we didn't state we want that promotion. A promotion we knew nothing about until after the purchase but he wanted us to tell him about it before the purchase. If we would have knew there was a promotion we would have said it. They should have asked. I spent days trying to find the right vehicle for my girlfriend while I am out of state for my job. And I am so sorry I had her go there. Raymond has been no help and does not honor promotions. As well as selling vehicles that are messed up inside. Buyer beware! I have lots of people in Colorado none of which i will be referring to woodmen again. More

BJ (salesman) at Woodmen Nissan is fantastic!! I came and saw him 3 days ago to purchase a vehicle after I'd seen an ad from him on Facebook. He was very informative and helpful throughout the process. Then, saw him 3 days ago to purchase a vehicle after I'd seen an ad from him on Facebook. Then, after driving the vehicle for a couple days I decided I wanted to explore other options with some additional features that I liked - and missed - from my trade in. BJ was incredibly helpful in getting me some alternative options. He asked questions and truly listened to what I was looking for, just as he had for the original purchase. I realized the features I missed after the fact, and he was so great about the whole exchange transaction, delivering consistently outstanding customer service! Dan in Finance also made the switch painless and was helpful and pleasant throughout. Keep up the great work BJ and the Woodmen team! I'll definitely be recommending you while I show off the new whip! More
