worst scam artists i’ve seen. I bought a car for 10k from them, after 3 weeks started leaking oil. brought it to my personal mechanic, rear main seal issues, no radiator supports, a broken computer, among co them, after 3 weeks started leaking oil. brought it to my personal mechanic, rear main seal issues, no radiator supports, a broken computer, among countless other issues totaling in over $5000 worth of issues. I let his mechanic work on it for 3 weeks and they fixed NOTHING. I told the owner this and he was dismissive, rude, and sexist after I just dropped money i’d been saving for over a year. so I brought it back to my mechanic, who my family has been going to for 15 years and never takes more than a week to fix our vehicles in the past, and they’ve had it since the beginning of July. it’s now almost December and the car these people sold me is so beyond messed up my mechanic has faced find problem after endless problem with it. can’t wait to see these sexist shady scam artists in court. More

Over priced Shady Dealings Passed the car off as having more features than it has, every time I tried to look over the car they found a good way to interrupt. Once they had my money they claimed that i should have checked the car had all the features they listed. Am a disabled veteran who needs stow and go seats and a second key fob. I was clear about this when i spoke to all three of the different people that tried to help me. The floor appeared the same as the Caravan but the compartments were not for stow and go just storage. Two of the salesman said the car had stow and go and the website and window sticker list the fold flat into the floor feature. The seats must be completely removed from the car! Also they claimed they couldnt find the second key fob but would email me when they found it or i can hire their buddy to get me one and program it. Also they had promised to fix the tire.sensor light before delivered and it was on when i picked it up. They claimed it was low air but it was the tire swnsor was never programmed when replaced. Run just simply run from this dealer!!! More

Spoke with the same dealer, Allen and he says the same thing. Beware! No carfax either and that wouldn’t of been bad if Mr Allen knew how to treat customers.Makes you feel like ok he’s not that bad up until he gets what he wants from you. Save yourself the headache!
