Salesman came out the door to greet us as soon as we drove onto the lot. We told him we were interested in the Terrain and he quickly got keys to open one and show it to us. We spotted one in the 'Merlo drove onto the lot. We told him we were interested in the Terrain and he quickly got keys to open one and show it to us. We spotted one in the 'Merlot' red and Sergio set us up for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the many features on the vehicle. We completed the sale the next day and Sergio got us hooked up with the OnStar system. He also arranged to get our older car, a 2001 PT Cruiser, cleaned up so we can give it to our youngest daughter. Everyone we met at Village Buick GMC was helpful and friendly. "My" car is a 1997 GMC Sonoma pick-up that I bought new at Village. That transaction was also quick and satisfying.
