He took his time and called ONSTAR from our new car and helped us get started. He told me to come back the next day-- they will be installing a TTY device specifically for ONSTAR service and we can read and type back with the device. I can not tell you how much I appreciate Mark taking the time to do that for us! I am so looking forward to being able to have that and not feel at a loss just because we can not hear!! NO other dealer has ever taken the time to help us with something like that. Mark, THANK YOU! We truly feel blessed to know that we have someone we can count on in the vehicle industry! My husband and I visited GMC Naperville on Saturday March 26th with the hope of finding a new car for myself. My husband and his family has been working with Andrew "Drew" White for around 10 years and my husband had nothing but nice things to say about Drew on the ride to the dealership. We went in looking at either a Acadia or a Terrain, after realizing that the Acadia really wasn't what we were looking for Drew let us test drive a Terrain and we absolutely fell in love with it. From the moment I met Drew he made me feel like I was part of the family, I expressed to him that this would be really the first car I ever purchased for myself. I told him I was looking for a Cyber Gray Metallic color with a sun roof that was all wheel drive and had a V6 engine, Drew went out of his way to find the car which was less than a hundred miles away and went on his day off to pick the car up. If there was any negative thing I could say about our experience at GMC Naperville it had to be the issue with our trade in. We were trading in a 2007 Nissan Xterra with around 86 thousand miles and the trade in manager couldn't possibly underhand us anymore than he did. Thankfully with Drew's determination he got us a price that we were looking for. I can absolutely promise that we will be recommending Drew to our family and friends, and we will be back to see Drew in years to come when we are expanding our family. More

Having been a Saturn customer since Saturn started I was at a loss of where to shop now when I needed a second vehicle. My experience with Village Buick was mostly positive. I think the salesman Tom Bertic did a good job of assisting without being overbearing. He was knowledgeable and easy to do business with. Since I bought the car two weeks ago, the service group has taken care of one issue that I reported and I expect that they will be equally responsive to a second issue I've encountered since driving the car, a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. All things considered, I would certainly look to Village Buick/GMC the next time anyone in my family is in the market for a new or late model used vehicle. More

He even dropped off a car for us to test drive over night to see if we liked it. I highly recommend this dealerdhip and most importantly our sales associate Sergio.
