Andrew was very pleasant, professional, and ensured I was comfortable with the vehicle and that the vehicle met my needs before even talking about purchasing them. I wished every sales representative in the industry had this attitude and customer focus. Service Department: I have had the Enclave service a couple of times now, and the customer service in the Service department is good. They are on top of any recalls, and are able to answer any questions / concerns I have. I look forward to working with the Service department until it is time to trade these cars in (I normally drive the cars to 100K miles before I trade it in), and when the time comes to purchase a new car I will definitely be contacting Andrew!
