Easiest vehicle purchase ever! We have always dreaded when it came time to look for a new vehicle. We started looking seriously about 6 months. We were looking for a Jeep Grand Cher We have always dreaded when it came time to look for a new vehicle. We started looking seriously about 6 months. We were looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel which is a pretty hard vehicle to come by. We spied one on Cars.com, looked like a beautiful vehicle. My husband said if I was really interested I shouldn't wait, he said I should call ASAP ! That's what I did! I emailed the dealership right away and asked for more information. Curtis responded right away and laid everything out, from what was on the vehicle, it's history and what the details on their one price system. Everything was spelled out from the start so there was no surprises. The price was great considering the condition of the vehicle. So good in fact we decided to fly to Missouri from Virginia to pick up the vehicle and drive it back home. A driver was waiting for us at the airport as soon as we landed. The very friendly gentleman kept us entertained with some of the history do Missouri while we drove to the dealership. Once there everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Then Curtis drove up with our new Jeep, it was a beauty. After signing a few papers we were on our way back to Virginia. From start to finish it was very easy and painless. Curtis was great to work with. We would without hesitation make the flight out to Missouri if we are ever in the hunt for another vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase!! More

Service Dep't Visit was prompted by "SER4WHD" light coming on and off frequently. Two modules on Trans. were updated very quickly. While there, it was discovered Visit was prompted by "SER4WHD" light coming on and off frequently. Two modules on Trans. were updated very quickly. While there, it was discovered my spark plugs had never been changed in almost 89000 and my Trans. had never been serviced. I asked if these services could be done that day if they had time. They checked their schedule and said they would be able to do both jobs while I was there. The next day the "SER4WHD" light came on and off three times. I called and set up an appointment for the next week. Before the appointment day arrived, the "Check Engine" light came on, stayed on for a couple of days and went off. Both problems were addressed on the day of my scheduled appointment. Other wiring needed to be checked and it was the end of the work day, so we scheduled another appointment for two days later at 8 a.m. The Transfer Case Service Motor was suspect so one was ordered. I was told it could take all day to check the wiring to make sure there were no problems there. My truck went into the shop at 8 a.m., the Transfer Case motor came in earlier than expected and was installed. I asked to see the old, one and the Service Tech. brought it out to show me. It was rusted and corroded and most likely had taken on moisture at some point. They presented me with the bill for repair and it was $10 less than the estimate I was given at the previous appointment. I paid the bill and was on the road home at 11 a.m., way sooner than I had anticipated. All is well. More
