I left my Bernese mtn dog at home for this,which made me nervous they put up with that very well. As I carried on about my 9month old puppy and leaving my jeep behind and showing them pictures of her....so patient and personable. Service manager even came out and asked them if they needed any help with customers,it also appeared the other customers were treated the same. Very nice experience More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE We bought a 2014 Dodge truck, not long after, (temp tags not even ran out) one morning it would not start, hubs called Woodys... they gave him info We bought a 2014 Dodge truck, not long after, (temp tags not even ran out) one morning it would not start, hubs called Woodys... they gave him info to call the warranty, road side assistance. they got right on it. and truck soon on way to Woodys in Chillicothe.. Hubs called service dept, stressing he had missed work d/t this not starting and needed fixed asap, if at all possible or a loaner...also it needed a license plate frame put on the front, of truck as their was none, and also we found out, one of the keys would lock, but not unlock doors... Service Dept got right on it! New battery installed, a nice frame put on truck for the front license plate. and the key replaced! The service deportment was courteous, quick with information and quick with the repairs. Big sigh of relief! at the great service! Thank you! More

repair of bad ball joint I bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Scott Cooper was the salesman. What a pleasure it was to work with a man who sincerely wanted to be helpful. We loved the van and the low pressure sales atmosphere. When I took it to my mechanic to have an all wheel alignment he said the left-front, lower ball-joint would not pass the motor vehicle safety inspection. When I contacted the dealership, Guy Vanderlinden said to bring it up and they would look at it. When I arrived I was greeted by Deryck Koenig in the service department. He looked at the bad ball-joint, replaced it, and did a four wheel alignment in less than 90 minutes. Guess what? No charge! Bob K. and Kelsea W. were great to work with as well. They DO deserve a five-star rating. It is nice to be treated with respect and to deal with a dealership with such integrity, and great people working together to let that integrity be seen.
