I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but I have never been treated like royalty until I walked on to WOW Woody's Dealership lot. I highly recommend these folks. I did have a little problem with the vehicle after I got it home and I informed them and they took care of it 100%. Talk about the "WOW" experience.... Thank you again Polly for going above and beyond with your follow-up calls to make sure I was taken care of. I've got to tell you after my transaction, I definitely said "WOW" quite a few times. What a wonderful experience from the first contact to actually driving away with my new vehicle. I arrived to my appointment and within 5 minutes of my arrival Brianna Allen had me set up in a nice warm actually driving away with my new vehicle. After the lengthy test drive, my choice on the length, my salesperson, Polly Applebury and I sat down and discussed details of the deal we were going to make. It was a very low-pressure enjoyable experience. Before I knew it all of the paperwork was done, went over all of the financing details and papers with Sarah, and had my new vehicle. I have never had a quicker experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Met quite a few of the folks there and all were very friendly and welcoming. I would go back and I would highly recommend it to friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. Well worth the drive from Olathe, Kansas. More

Everything was fine for the first 3 days until their return policy was up, then the check engine light came on, found it has 18 computer codes that had been cleared, replaced the battery for voltage iss return policy was up, then the check engine light came on, found it has 18 computer codes that had been cleared, replaced the battery for voltage issues, exhaust brackets were broken, and then the transmission went out after 5 days. I was told I should have looked into extended warranty. The radio display is out, was told they would call and fix it. It’s been 5 weeks, still “on back order” Very disappointed, will never shop at woodys again. More
