When a Powertrain Malfunction notice appeared on my screen of my 2023 Explorer (with only 15,000 miles) I was not very happy. I was leaving on vacation in 2 days. Heather in the service department was very helpful in getting a loaner car and commutating with me. Service Department was great. Thanks goodness it was an easy fix. More
