I don’t mind the quick lane because the advisors there are great. They know me by name, and never have but top notch service. The service department is a different story. Where this department falls short is that you have had my car for 3 months for an oil leak. I have been told, “ It’ll be by then end of this week or the first of next week” for the past 6 to 8 weeks. I have been a loyal customer since I bought my car at your dealership. Meaning, all of my service work, including tires, has been given to this dealership. This unacceptable by any standard of customer service. -One very displeased customer. More
