oil change dept need a complete overhaul people are rude I have been a customer for over 25 years my whole family and the past 3 times we have had service.. seems like no one really wants to be at work.. ha I have been a customer for over 25 years my whole family and the past 3 times we have had service.. seems like no one really wants to be at work.. had awful attitudes I had ask for them to service my car leave keys locked in car I would be late and stop by pick up on my way from Dr. appt but when I got there they had locked my car up and keys were inside oil change store luckily my husband had his extra set but it was another trip to collins the next day to pick up my keys which man did not care did not appologize. More
