recently purchased a 2024 Kia Sorento X-Line EX from World Car Kia North, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The dealership advertised a $7,000 dealer discount online, but when I review World Car Kia North, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The dealership advertised a $7,000 dealer discount online, but when I reviewed my final paperwork, the discount was not properly applied. Instead, they buried thousands of dollars in unauthorized add-ons like a ceramic coating, an extended warranty, and window film — none of which were clearly disclosed, explained, or offered as optional. At signing, I was only shown a Truth in Lending summary, not the full breakdown of the financing. I later discovered that over $5,000 in additional products had been hidden in the cash price, inflating my loan by thousands of dollars without my informed consent. When I raised my concerns, the dealership initially refused to correct the sale properly, offering only to cancel one small part of the unauthorized charges. I have since filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding deceptive financing practices and misrepresentation. I caution anyone considering doing business here to review every document very carefully and be aware of hidden charges. I hope World Car Kia North takes these issues seriously and improves their transparency moving forward. More

A really unorganized, lying, service department where the manager is the culprit of his own mistakes. Forgets to order warranty parts, lies to customers about it, fails to check sub-par work that is being do manager is the culprit of his own mistakes. They really lie and cheat the customer that has warranty issues with their vehicles to make money and give a royal screwing to the customer. Tried to charge me over 1K by stating that my issue was not covered under warranty!!! I told the person your stupid if I am paying for a defective Kia crap made part!!! Joseph also FAILED Miserably in giving me an estimate of the repair of my vehicle!!! I guess that they get told by Kia to do everything possible to avoid warranty claims, the jerks!!!! More
I would give a -2 rating if possible. I found a car on-line, have excellent credit, was pre-approved, had 50% cash down and booked an appointment. I showed up early for my test drive and vehicle purchase. What should have been an hour and a half process ended up taking four and a half hours. I was never offered so much as a drink of water, was ignored for hours on end while each person throughout the process would leave me waiting while they went to breaks, lunch, meetings and social gatherings, with no regard for my needs, comfort; or general respect or curtesy. They were rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I like. More

So funny. Ad indicated no damage and great shape. Got there....car had holes in the body and the back was covered with bumper stickers. Was lied to from mgr and sales. AVOID!!!!!! Before seeing car...was told it had a couple of stickers and a small stain. When saw car...looked like it came from a junk yard. And they wanted $5500!!!! More
