Extremely satisfied!!! My family and I recently purchased a used certified Jeep Grand Cherokee from World. The process was surprisingly quick and speedy. The service wa My family and I recently purchased a used certified Jeep Grand Cherokee from World. The process was surprisingly quick and speedy. The service was welcoming and the staff was beyond helpful throughout the entire process. Three weeks after our purchase our Jeep started having an intermittent problem with the starter. We brought it in to get it looked at, but the cause of the problem couldn't be detected at first. Dean and his crew in the service department spent a few days diligently trying to locate the source of the problem. Finally we were able to narrow it down and fix it. The team at world told me that the cost of parts and labor would be a little over $500, but when they saw that I had just purchased the vehicle, they informed me that the issue would be taken care of at no cost. Buying a used vehicle always comes with a wide variety of gambles, but Dean and his team made sure that my family and I remained overly happy with our purchase, and our satisfaction with World. We are extremely happy with all of the treatment we've received and will be suggesting there service center to everyone. 5?? More
