The service was welcoming and the staff was beyond helpful throughout the entire process. Three weeks after our purchase our Jeep started having an intermittent problem with the starter. We brought it in to get it looked at, but the cause of the problem couldn't be detected at first. Dean and his crew in the service department spent a few days diligently trying to locate the source of the problem. Finally we were able to narrow it down and fix it. The team at world told me that the cost of parts and labor would be a little over $500, but when they saw that I had just purchased the vehicle, they informed me that the issue would be taken care of at no cost. Buying a used vehicle always comes with a wide variety of gambles, but Dean and his team made sure that my family and I remained overly happy with our purchase, and our satisfaction with World. We are extremely happy with all of the treatment we've received and will be suggesting there service center to everyone. 5?? More

Fixed air conditioning. My air conditioning unit on my jeep stopped working. The mechanic at World Jeep checked out the A/C unit and found that the Freon was almost all gone My air conditioning unit on my jeep stopped working. The mechanic at World Jeep checked out the A/C unit and found that the Freon was almost all gone so he reloaded the Freon and it now works OUTSTANDING. More

Poor Customer Service After buying my car I was told they would call me when the out-of-state plates came in. My temporary plates expired and no one called. I called the dealership twice and was told someone would call me back. I received no calls even though I e=was driving on expired plates. On my 3rd call over the course of 3 days I was told I had to pick up the plates myself out-of-state. It seems like the service is fine when they want you to buy a car but then it is non-existent after. More
