Kristen took care of all the paperwork necessary to assist closing out one car loan and finding my daughter a better percentage rate for a new loan. I think that it was Mike D'Aiello who spent an enormous amount of time teaching Sam how to operate all of the options her car possessed. Negotiations were handled professionally and my trade-in was valued higher than other dealers. Financial arrangements were handled by James Dellow in good order. My only recommendation would be to more concisely explain the available warranty and/or protection packages. Even the legal profession has discovered "clear language" to be beneficial. The customer liaison person should have given more attention to the technological advancements and capabilities of the automobile, rather than stories of his personal exploits. The 300C is an impressive vehicle. The car was delivered when promised and detailed to perfection. I would certainly look to this dealership again when purchasing a Chrysler or Jeep. More
