For further context, I had been shopping for a new car for several weeks and had spent time negotiating offers from several other dealerships. Dealing with Allan was extremely straightforward and I was offered their most competitive price without having to spend several days of back and forth phone tag. The experience in the dealership actually doing the deal was straightforward as well. It was extremely no-frills but I could care less when it's not the usual (Difficult Procedure) to get a deal done. I would certainly recommend Allan to anyone interested in a vehicle under the Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge umbrella. More

Basic oil service and tire rotation. I was overdue for an oil change so I dropped in as I was driving by one day doubtful they'd take me without an appointment.
