I asked for the soft top to be replaced with the hard top which was included as part of my lease (back in July) but apparently the instructions from sales to service were to NOT hook up the rear wiper and defroster and provide the lowest grade of hard top available with no padding or liner and is not even the same color as my interior. Once again I am completely under-whelmed by your dealership and Brianna and have been treated disrespectfully. More

By chance I saw on-line a used white Encore for sale at World Jeep and since their location is close to my home, I decided "What the heck, let's go look at it." This car had everything and I wanted and more and working with Kenny was teriffic. He was funny, straight-forward and gave us a great deal.
