Worst Dealership This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. All there fees are way to high. Ended up buying a vehicle from a dealership in Plainview, Tx (Regor Dykes) and it only cost me $130.00 to register the vehicle in NM. Their Document fee is $450.00. Regor Dykes was only $150.00. They were going to charge me $380.00 for Security Link on the vehicle. Regor Dykes chaged me $0. The sale people are not very responsive and cold. I will give the Sales Mangeger credit for informing me that they had to remove the Cerification from the vehicle due to an outstanding recall by Jeep. More

Needless to say we worked out a price and I was able to drive off happily into the sunset with my brand new Jeep Renegade. That is, until my wife realizes she wants to drive it everyday. Also, Bill Morgan, The Customer Advocate took the time out to sit in the vehicle with me and he went over all of the vehicle functions to make sure I knew how to correctly operate all the gadgets in the car. He meticulously showed me every button and feature to make sure I did not drive away unable to use the vehicle fully. He too was a very nice man who made himself available if I have any further questions. To end from where it all started. I first started emailing with Ivon. Her good attitude and informative emails are what drew me to the dealership. When most other dealerships hassel you with phone calls trying to get you into the showroom ASAP, Ivon was patient and accommodating . She made sure all of my questions were answered and set up an appointment at my convenience. I highly recommend this dealership and I will certainly tell others about it. More
