Great Overall Car Buying Experience Never heard of this dealership until today. I was searching inventory on the Dodge website and " World Jeep Dodge" had a Durango I was interested in . After requesting a quote I received a answer back relatively quick and was given a very good price. I went to the dealership and was introduced to Kenneth Cary who made the sales experience relatively painless (no games, no tricks). Kenneth was knowledgeable of the vehicle and very straight forward with negotiations. I have to say that this dealership should definitely be considered if you are in the market for a vehicle that they sell. Ask for Kenneth, he's a good experienced salesman. More

This was OK with me however when I came back I waited 45 minutes and ended up walking out because no one could help me with paper work and papers weren't ready. this was aggravating because I made numerous calls making sure I could run in and be done in hour.. this dealer is not close to my home so I wasted gas,tolls, time off work. Than I told them how much I had to put down for down payment doc feed motor vehicle everything and they still tried to make me pay more. when I asked about buying parts for car my sales person referred me to an online site? wouldn't she want to sell me the parts from the dealer? when she asked if all was well and I have her a small complaint she said oh sorry hope u get used to it! Not overly pleased... and the jeep I wanted was sold before I got there within half hour. My internet help was horrible as well... numerous numerous requests and calls, emails and got no where for weeks More
