Cherokee Experience I recently leased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from World Jeep. I worked with Ken cary the salesperson, Great Guy. When he arrived he had a few jeeps for me I recently leased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from World Jeep. I worked with Ken cary the salesperson, Great Guy. When he arrived he had a few jeeps for me to look at. Asked what I wanted to spend monthly, appraised my trade, got me my monthly price point and we shook on the deal. All the paperwork was done while someone showed me all of the features of the truck and made me feel comfortable. From the time I walked in to the time I left with the new Jeep it took all of 2.5 hours. The best Jeep experience I had. I have a Jeep dealer 1/2 mile from my house that I have been doing business over the years. I chose World because there is no pressure, no gimmicks and the staff is courteous, professional and friendly. I'd highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Jeep. More

I made an appointment, dropped the Jeep off the night before so they had ALL day to work on the vehicle. Didn't hear from the mechanic all day, called them at 4:30pm only to find out that they hadn't done any work I requested and presented me with a two thousand dollar quote for work that I didn't ask for. Vehicle finished the end of the next day (I had to call again for a status update). Gave me someone else's invoice when I paid the bill. My expectations of this dealer were much higher than this - I might as well take it to an off brand shop and save on the labor rate. More
