Pretty relaxed and easy to deal with I was able to make the entire deal in a few hours, the dealership started low on my trade in value but once they saw I knew the true value of my trade I was able to make the entire deal in a few hours, the dealership started low on my trade in value but once they saw I knew the true value of my trade they were very reasonable. I went from the worst to the best on the same day. The car on the used lot in Springfield simply wasn't available for the $7,000 advertised... they wanted to add on an $800 fee because I wasn't in the military, a $600 fee since I hadn't recently graduated college, and a $1,000 fee if I hadn't already bought a car from them. So the real price would've been over $9,500 (and that's before other fees and a demand that I finance it from them!!) So it was a breath of fresh air to meet Brian at World, who first showed me the used car I eventually bought. And we came to an agreement on price very quickly, along with Gary's help. Thanks, guys!
