They do not help I have a problem since week 1 of leasing their cars. I ask them to fix it everytime I bring it in for a service and all I get back is nothing is wron I have a problem since week 1 of leasing their cars. EXTREMELY unhappy with this dealership and cannot wait until my lease is up. More
poor service and poor customer service My son had to return to your service center a total of four times before the hitch was completely installed on his renegade. We purchased the vehicle in in 8/2015, We were informed it was on back order, After multiple phone calls we were told an appointment was made for a particular date. We have no idea who made the appointment for us but we did keep the appointment even though it was an inconvenience. Each time we returned we were given an excuse why it was not completed. We finally were told to bring in the jeep on a Saturday and it would be completed in one hour. After waiting close to four hours once again my son was told the job was not completed. He requested a loaner and was given one. The day I returned to finally pick up the renegade i asked your customer service rep. if he was sure it was safe since my son was driving to the west coast he replied it should be. Then another rep made an inappropriate joke stating you don't look like one of the boys that were here on Saturday. Not funny especially when a customer is annoyed! I just feel this was handled very poorly and we are not at all happy with your service department. We should not have had to return four times. We live an hour away. As I stated earlier poor service and very poor customer service. We were not even offered any compensation. I hope the hitch is installed correctly. My son's safety is my main concern. More

After visiting World though, I would not only recommend people in Central and South Jersey to them, but I would refer people in Northern Jersey as well and tell them it's worth the trip. More

Not what I was accustomed to from this group so I voiced my feelings in great detail. In response, service management called me, listened to my complaint in more detail and assured me that it was a one-off experience. Although I appreciate the effort and attention, and some confidence is restored, this is not an easy one to forget. More

I was experiencing a viol Recently, I stood at the World Jeep Service counter trying to describe a very uncomfortable driving situation to Tom Papa. . I was experiencing a violent shuddering of my vehicle and simultaneous flashing of the dashboard "Tracking" light.. Bill, my assigned technician, tried to diagnose my problem, but even after 2 separate test drives, he was unable to duplicate the symptoms I had described. No repair, no charge. He inflated some low tires, tightened my spare and told me to come back if I had any trouble in the future. I was about to drive home, still worried about my car and it's readiness for a cross country trip I had planned for the Holidays. Lou Zuluaga could tell I was uncomfortable at not having my problem solved, and asked me to let him keep my 2007 Grand Cherokee a couple of days so his team could fully road test it. He put me in a loaner, and I was on my way. The next day, Tom called to tell me that after extensive driving, the car finally responded exactly as I had described. It turned out I needed new Left and Right ABS sensors, . Bill replaced them and again road tested the vehicle extensively. Problem solved! I picked up my car, confident I'll be in good shape to drive cross country. Big smiles and handshakes all around. I'm very thankful to Tom Papa, Bill and Lou for saving me a great deal of anguish as I head to rural Wisconsin for Christmas. You guys are the best......5 stars! More

Good Sales Experience - Very Good Service Experience I recently purchased a used Ford Escape from these folks. The buying process was ok., standard but manageable, medium to low sales pressure. I have crappy credit, they helped and I got a fair deal, better than from my bank. There were a number of issues with the car, some significant (wheel bearings, ignition switch) some not so. The service department fixed ALL of them, admittedly after two loooong visits but they did provide a decent loaner and when they couldn't solve one or two of the problems themselves they took the car to the Ford dealer across the street (who did not fix the major problem first time around as they really should have). All at no charge to me. I was really impressed by that. The folks there were (generally) polite and helpful. In my mind this is exactly why you go to a dealer and accept less for your trade in and pay a little more for what you buy. More
