My trusty 2007 Grand Cherokee had just I should learn to never get even something as insignificant as an oil change somewhere other than World Jeep. My trusty 2007 Grand Cherokee had just hit 100,000 miles and deserved some long overdue attention. This trip I needed oil, a new side mirror and a diagnosis for some troubling dashboard warning lights. I had a morning appointment and brought a book to keep me company for what I figured would be a long day in the waiting room. Louis Zuluaga listened carefully to my less than articulate description of my Jeep's ailments and ushered me to the the waiting room and a cup of coffee. Soon after, he presented the results of his examination. My car needed 2 recall repairs, and about $1200.00 worth of other work to return it to top condition. I sighed, pleaded poverty, but authorized him to go on with the work. ( I was glad I had neglected to mention something was wrong with my door as it made a loud, metal on metal noise whenever I opened or closed it.) Mr. Zuluaga and his team got to work and two hours later delivered my car under budget, and ready for another 100,000 miles. Oh, and by the way, the door was fixed too. Great job, guys.
