A real person not a sales robot. I came to this dealership after 6 or 7 others with a price on a 2015 Dodge Dart from TrueCar, they did not have it in stock but did have a 2016. After I came to this dealership after 6 or 7 others with a price on a 2015 Dodge Dart from TrueCar, they did not have it in stock but did have a 2016. After they could not match the price they were able to work with me to get a price that was more than fair. They also gave me fair price on a trade in which was great. Ken was the salesmen and he was great to work with. I felt like I was working with a actual person and not someone who waned to sneak his way into me buying the car. Could not resolve a mojor manufacturer defect. Service staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, my service issue was not resolved for over a month. The service center is old and small and may not have the inventory of parts needed to quickly correct problems. I was not satisfied with the final repairs, the condition of my vehicle upon pickup and subsequent debate with the service manager about these issues. Eventually they made another effort to resolve the problems. It was better, but still not as it should be, but that is the fault of the manufacturer not the service dept. More

Great experience!!! I started the process of buying a new car about 6 months ago. I have researched many different makes and models and visited multiple dealerships (som I started the process of buying a new car about 6 months ago. I have researched many different makes and models and visited multiple dealerships (some more than once). I found a deal on the internet that I liked for the car I wanted which was the new 2015 Jeep Renegade. I had everything I needed with me to make the process easier, but most dealerships (sales people, sales managers) give you the run around. I sat down with Kenny, and told him about the deal I found on the internet. The status of the car said "in transit", however, it was on the lot so he helped me find it to look it over and make sure that it was what I wanted. After that, we settled on the deal that I wanted with one minor exception. I was hoping to get more for my trade in (I had been offered more by other dealers), so I had to come up with a small amount of cash up front and the lease is 3 more months than I wanted. Other than that, this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car and Kenny even helped me out with a few things when I went back to deliver the up front cash. He was by far the nicest car salesperson I have ever met and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Ram. Even though the transaction is complete, he gave me his card, and told me not to hesitate one bit if I have any questions or any service issues with the car. Just a great experience!!! More
