Excellent service Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2012 and was drawn to the dealership service by their offer of $29.99 oil change. Now with almost 70,000 Miles I have Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2012 and was drawn to the dealership service by their offer of $29.99 oil change. Now with almost 70,000 Miles I have not missed an oil change (still $29.99) or a scheduled maintenance and as a result my Jeep still runs like it was brand new. The dealership service department is quick and easy to work with, is on top of all recalls and warranty work. Daniela is friendly and knows her stuff. (Congratulations on the new baby) I moved out of town about a year ago but still bring my ride to World Jeep service as it is a pleasure to do business with them. More

Tire Repair I needed service on one of my tires ( a screw went through the tire) and brought my Jeep to World. The service adviser stated that the screw was too c I needed service on one of my tires ( a screw went through the tire) and brought my Jeep to World. The service adviser stated that the screw was too close to the side wall and they replaced the tire instead of repairing it. They have a true concern for the safety and well being of their customers. I appreciate their honesty and service. More

End of day estimate Dropped my car off twice for the same issue. First time had car all day and did nothing. Second time called at 4:45 pm to give estimate and had car for two extra days to complete only part of issue. Upside of this whole debacle was the loaner car although the loaner car had a major mildew odor. More
