I spent a week looking for a 2021 Wrangler (very hard to find these days). Most dealers list vehicles that are either already sold or in transit and nothing on their lots. Phil met me at the door and set me up for a test drive in a beautiful blue Willys Wrangler. We worked on my trade in and lease numbers and it went super smooth. After all the paperwork was done Cheryl Brown walked me through the features of the vehicle and set up my Bluetooth connection and the various safety features. The employees are fantastic. I worked with both Sal from World Jeep and Natalie from World Subaru. The biggest thing that makes me recommend this dealership to everyone is the fact that they actually value World Jeep and Natalie from World Subaru. I'd been traveling all over the tri-state area, scheduling test drives in Long Island, Connecticut, NJ, and upstate NY, and every other dealership I visited was outright scummy, pulling bait-and-switch nonsense just to get me through the door or just falsely advertised vehicles/prices on their website. I was actually ready to give up on dealerships entirely, and I'd actually started checking out ads on craigslist when I decided to give World Jeep one last try. I'm glad I did. The sales reps followed up with me for several days prior to my visit, and for a few days afterwards to make sure that I got the car I wanted, instead of trying to push their other inventory on me. Sal and Natalie are both absolute sweethearts, and I will definitely be a repeat customer when it comes time to buy my next car. More

I came back after leasing my last Wrangler through World and went straight to TJ who as usual was awesome! Very honest and easy to work with! We leased a vehicle with a defect that came to light less than a yr into the lease. So far we have been waiting 55 days for the vehicle to be repaired. The dealer takes no responsibility for the problem with the vehicle or obtaining the part to fix the vehicle. Their answer - we have to talk to the manufacturer. They directed us to the Jeep Customer Care Service and guess what - the Jeep Customer Care Service doesn't care either. We even sent a certified letter to Jeep's main office and guess what - we do not receive a reply. Sure they are great with selling/leasing the vehicles but that's where the service ends. Very disappointed and frustrated with this Dealer and Jeep. Would not and do not recommend them at all! More
