He worked with us to get a certified used Cherokee at a fair price. The finance gentleman (James Dellow) was helpful and made the process simple and easy. The only snag in the entire procedure was with the title office. They were supposed to take care of the paperwork and get the new plates. We were told that it “could take up to a month, but almost never takes that long”. We weren’t concerned because the temporary registration and plates were good for a month. When the month was almost up, I called for an update and got the runaround from the title office and was brushed off because “it hasn’t been a month yet”. I called when the entire month was up and was told that the title clerk had left for the day and no one else could assist me. The next morning I called back, explaining that I was concerned about my now un-registered vehicle. The lady who answered told me that a batch of plates had come in several days ago, but the only one who could help me was the title clerk. My called was transferred and went to voicemail. I hung up, called back, and was transferred to Renny. Within minutes, he found my plates and had them overnighted to us. He was professional, friendly, and obviously capable. Fortunately it was an overall good experience, marred only by the title clerk’s poor performance. I would’ve rated the customer service 5/5 stars if it wasn’t for the title clerk. More

Great staff I spent weeks looking for a truck and when I found one at world Chrysler Jeep dodge I got an immediate response from Michelle Ryan and she set up an a I spent weeks looking for a truck and when I found one at world Chrysler Jeep dodge I got an immediate response from Michelle Ryan and she set up an appointment to look at the truck then we had some bad weather and had to postpone a day and she kept in contact with me until I could get down there and upon arriving I was met with a handshake and a smile from ISI Avilla and he showed me the truck and answered all the questions I had and never once pressured me into anything. Once I decided this was the truck I was looking for we went in and worked out a price that fit my budget and I was driving the truck home in no time. It was a great experience and even though it’s 2 hrs from my house I would go back again if I needed another vehicle. Great Service ! Depending on whose handling you. Dean was awesome !! He was patient and did his best to service everyone as he was working alone. Taken Advantage of in multiple ways. I have purchased 2 RAM 1500s and had pretty good experiences there prior to the most recent purchase to be fair in my assessment. The sales person I had used had moved but I figured I might as well go ahead and give it a shot. I had spoken to TJ Trippe multiple times telling him I wanted to make the deal for my Girlfriend as she didn't normally do the buying.. I was a cosigner on her previous and the lease was almost up she loved the Jeep Compass and was looking forward to getting another. Chrysler offers early returns and you do not have to pay the disposition fees. The car was supposed to be gray and have all the same features as her previous model. About a week before she was supposed to go in I received a call from TJ saying hey If she can get the deal without a cosigner would that be OK. My response was "sure" I mean I wouldn't have to take off of work and not sit around in a dealer for hours. Sounds great right? Well she shows up and begins signing papers. While doing so he goes around and gets the Jeep and comes in and says well its more silver than gray and the seats aren't heated. She continued not knowing she could just get up and walk out. The old bait and switch. So youd think that was the worst part but it wasnt. About 3 months later we started getting calls from Chrysler capital looking for the last payment. This also happened to a friend who bought a vehicle around the same time. I had to write on the website and many letters to the General Manager before they finally caved and made the payment. My response was when you turn a car in early who the xxxx would make TWO payments!!!!! So do you think that was it? Nope. We then started getting calls from Chrysler Capital wanting a disposition fee. Well Mr Bait and switch TJ did indeed get her a loan without a cosigner but it wasn't Chrysler Capital. So even though she leased another Jeep they still want their fee because it wasn't through them. Had I been there none of this underhanded xxxxxxxx would happen. My credit has been affected as I refuse to pay it as it was the irresponsibly of this sales person that caused this to happen. its funny they are short sighted trying to save themselves 275 dollars but will cost themselves as she leases a new Jeep every 3 years, and I have had a Neon, an Intrepid, a Neon, a 2008 Avenger, 2011 Avenger, 2014 Ram, 2017 Ram buying them. Smooth move by them as I will find another dealer and probably another brand at this point. My advice is to avoid this place. While there may be some cool dudes like Vance, there are guys like this who will damage your credit rip and rip you off and sleep pretty good at night IM sure. Don't take the chance. Have to work too hard to have your credit damaged. I keep hoping they come to their senses and do the right thing but I am not holding my breath. More
