I expected to be in it again when I stopped by to look. To my surprise, Domijnick followed a proper sales process...he considered my needs first. He asked questions to understand my needs and budget. Obviously, I gave him a much lower number than I wanted. To my surprise, he showed me vehicles that fit my budget without trying to upsell me. I actually had to ask to see better cars! New car I love my new car however I felt dismissed after we finishing signing the documents our car salesmen left. I understand it was late at night but we left that night now knowing how to work anything on the car. It was disheartening to be dismissed that easy. Tara who showed up how to work everything in the morning was extremely down to earth. My fiancé and I also did not like how as soon as we walked in the door no one came up and treated us. We had to walk around for the while for someone to even speak to us. We love our new car but we definitely had headaches after the whole experience. More
