He takes the time also to talk to you like a friend and makes the experience so more relaxing than most places which give you the feeling of can't wait to leave . My usual journey begins with a number of telephone calls to various dealers within the State and then embarking on visit after visit to make sure the dealer is being honest. With dealers, there is a lot of bait and switch tactics where the upfront fees miraculously change when you arrive at the dealer. This was not the case with World Jeep - They were professional, honorable and trustworthy, characteristics that would not normally be associated with the process of leasing or purchasing a vehicle. T.J. and Mike D the manager could not have been better. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I have no allegiance to this dealership prior to this process, but they have gained a loyal customer for life. They could not have been more honest in a process that is unfamiliar to most. It felt like I was dealing with old friends and not involved in a business arrangement, which is so refreshingly uncommon and unusual - it's like seeing a unicorn. I am a handful to deal with by the nature of my work, and they never flinched. I myself, would have told myself to hit the road a long time ago, but they always remained cool, calm and collected even when things arose that were absolutely beyond their control or information base. I would highly recommend them, and WILL highly recommend them to any and all friends, family members or acquaintances that were in the market for a Jeep Chrysler, Dodge or Ram - I would even buy coffee or recliners from them if they sold them. -Scott S More

Great buying experience Bought a used 2015 RAM 1500. The buying experience was good, felt no pressure from the salesman. Liked being able to do the test drive by ourselves, Bought a used 2015 RAM 1500. The buying experience was good, felt no pressure from the salesman. Liked being able to do the test drive by ourselves, was able to get a good feel for the truck without having some salesman talking to use during the drive and pointing out where the radio or A/C buttons are, LOL. Also felt I got a good price on the truck which was the most important aspect from me. Would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them when the time comes. More
