My dealings were with Mike Fein who is a very knowledgeable and pleasureable sales person He was eager to help me and answer all my questions without being aggressive. His negotiations with me over a seven day period were Professional and candid. He is the reason why I came back and bought the car. Everyone there displayed similar decorum and attentiveness.
