He did everything possible to ensure my satisfaction. For the vehicle purchase, I worked one on one with sales magager, Brianna. My transaction included a trade in. Brianna not only was able to offer more than any other dealer was willing to purchase my trade in; she came very close to what I owed on the vehicle and saved me the hassle of selling it privately. The vehicle I ultimately left in is a preowned Dodge. Brianna was able to honor the True Car price I was given prior to coming in. My breaking point on the deal came down to the monthly payment and what I could afford. Before we started any negotiating, Brianna stated she would try her best to get to the monthly payment I was comfortable with. Ultimately she actually came a little under that monthly amount! I was blown away! The test drive of the vehicle was very pleasant. The "lot guy" that went along with me ensured that I was comfortable driving the Dodge given the big step up from my previous auto. Because I have not driven a manual car in a while and was not comfortable driving the Dodge back home, Brianna was able to arrange for 2 other salesman to drive the car to my house with me. I have never heard of that service and am still amazed that it was extended to me. More

I did happen to notice that when my new car was delivered, a peace of trim is loose in the front, the clock and date were not set and in addition the windshield was not clean and the Jeep's window sticker is missing. Please don't throw the windshield sticker out, I would like to have it. I will return to the dealership on Monday evening. Please have the window sticker ready for me then.
