Good Old Fashioned Customer Service always gets my business I was replacing and trading in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and knew what I wanted and what I didn't want. I didn't have to trade in if dealer was I was replacing and trading in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and knew what I wanted and what I didn't want. I didn't have to trade in if dealer was not going to provide fair trade in value plus I needed a discount on the new vehicle to make it worthwhile, The Salesman, Alan Chapman understood my needs and worked hard to meet and exceed them. The sales manager, Mike, helped meet my financial terms and Alan went about finding me the vehicle out of state in the color I wanted. The process was quick and painless. I met Alan by scheduled appointment, spent no more than an hour on first day and no more than an hour and a half on delivery day including time to test drive and finish papers. Everything was done in advance, no hard upsell of add ons or extras. Final meeting with Bill Morgan, the dealers customer advocate to ensure everything went as expected was a nice surprise. Truly as pleasant an experience as I have had in over 40 years of car buying. A car dealer that does what they say and seems to actually respect their customer.....What a concept! Will be back in a few months when my daughters Jeep Lease is up! More

I recently leased my 3rd Jeep from him, so I can honestly say his friendly manner and customer service is consistent. In fact this time it was all done via phone, and when I showed up to do the paperwork, everything was ready for me and it was exactly what I had wanted. He does not try to sell you something just to make the sale. He listens to your wants and needs and really goes out of his way to get you into the exact vehicle your want with the best financing possible. I also want to say that Bill Morgan made this particular time extra special for my daughter. He went over all the features with her and made her really feel part of the deal. The absolute best moment was when he explained how to put the top down and took her picture standing up out of it. This extra effort made this very special moment, (first new car) one she will always remember. The joy on her face brought me back to Christmas mornings of yesteryear. These extra efforts and attention is what makes buying from World different than all the rest. Any dealer can run numbers and process paperwork, Ken and Bill approach what is a standard practice with customized service and even if it is your first time with them, you feel like you are dealing with an old friend. I also want to give a shout out to the Service Department. The sale is over and done with in 1 day, but then it's the service department that counts. They are accommodating to hectic schedules, and also offer friendly honest customer service. To sum it up, I think the world of World Jeep. ! More

Won me over - Again In the last 6 months, my car has been their at least 8 times (once you had it for over a 2 weeks) for the same thing. You replaced the valve body and the cylinder heads. Brought in on Thursday because it was miss firing again and told the person my wife is going on a long trip, he said all they needed to do was fix the computer. Now my wife is in upstate NY and the car is acting up with the check engine light going on and problems getting out of 2nd gear (same problem now 9 times). This car is a true lemon and your service department has no clue on what they are doing. The car has 48,000 miles paid good money for it and it is the worse vehicle I ever owned. You can call me at 908-770-9768 David Gordon Update - Carmen called be 10 minutes after I sent him an email Saturday night. They took the car on Tuesday and gave us a loaner until it is fixed. He already called me Tuesday morning and gave me an update - Good Follow Up skills! I will change my overall rating to a good and will update again when the car is delivered back. Update - Picked up the car and everything seems to be good. They called and kept me informed on what they were doing and what they car needed. With the great communication and the turnaround of the vehicle I will change my survey to would recommend and improve their rating in quality of service. Thanks More

Great service Purchased a 2012 Jeep here 7 months ago. Had the complimentary oil change done and told them I had a squeak at rear wheel. They found the rotors had Purchased a 2012 Jeep here 7 months ago. Had the complimentary oil change done and told them I had a squeak at rear wheel. They found the rotors had high spots and rust and replaced them and sanded the rotors for free even though brakes made specs for a Certified vehicle when purchased. More
TJ is the BEST I have been researching jeeps on-line for months. I did not want to come into a dealership because I thought it would be too stressful. When I came to World Jeep I had a jeep in mind and had done my research. I was lucky enough to have TJ as my salesperson. I cannot say enough about him. He was friendly, helpful and AMAZING!! The 2016 Cherokee Jeep lost power as we were going over the Driscoll Bridge during rush hour. A message appeared over the speedometer that said - SERVICE TRANSMISSION. We were going no more than 10 miles per hour, no road shoulder, and nobody would allow us to at least move to the right lane. Cars were whizzing by on both sides at Garden State Parkway speeds. The problem lessened to a degree on level ground so we returned home to get our other 2016 Renegade Jeep as we had to be in the City that morning. We called World Jeep and they told us to bring the car in. We drove over the next day. Lauren was the service writer and she was very courteous and professional. The transmission tech would not be available for a few days so Lauren got us a loner car. A couple of days later, the car was fixed under the warranty and we were told it was some kind of computer glitch. I trust that it will be OK. We are a Jeep family - I bought 3 of them in 2/16 because they have always been safe and reliable. Over the years, I have purchased 11 of them and they have always provided excellent service. My sons have also purchased 5. Thanks to World Jeep and Lauren for easing a terrible experience. More
