Took our F150 in on day one, diagnosed as needing new starter and battery, picked it up the afternoon of day two! Starter was covered by extended warranty. Robert was awesome in getting service manager’s (Brittany?) approval to expedite due to our situation. When Robert had to be away for part of day two, Susan and Ellen stepped in and finished up. Really appreciate the expeditious repair, the Lyft/Uber rides between dealership and hotel, and the follow-up call from Robert on day three! First class service for a traveler in need! If I could give six stars, I would!! Thank you all! More

Great service the reps were awesome and mxs techs did a great job. The only issue is that they should have a better way of doing software updates. Should be able to do updates from the vehicle at the cust great job. The only issue is that they should have a better way of doing software updates. Should be able to do updates from the vehicle at the customers house connect via home Wi-Fi due to the technical issues of other updates it took the safety update five hours to complete because of the process not the fault of the dealership or not the fault of the staff the fault of the Ford company that should have better technology abilities to update as prescribed above software update, this current process is a waste a lot of time and money but having to take to the dealership plus a prolonged safety issues but again thanks to great staff and world Ford Pensacola. They did a great job. More

We moved to Pensacola 6 years ago; my husband and I both drive Ford vehicles and have been quite disappointed in regards to your Service Department itself; never an issue with the service reps, but with the drive Ford vehicles and have been quite disappointed in regards to your Service Department itself; never an issue with the service reps, but with the dealership itself. Sadly, we have learned this is a common problem here. Robert Karwack was very helpful. A few months back, my husband put 4 brand new tires on my ‘15 Expedition and was told by the sales rep that we would get complimentary unlimited rotation and balance on those tires for as long as we had them serviced with your dealership. Imagine my surprise when I learned that service was charged on the invoice. Robert was very professional and courteous in letting me know he would look into the matter and have an answer when I picked up the car. He was kind enough to remove the charges for the rotation and balance, but he also explained to me that when your customers purchase tires from you, it includes two rotations only and the customer still pays for the balance! Absurd stunt and I assure you, your advertising is VERY misleading. Robert was professional and empathetic and I appreciate his handling of this incident. He is very good at his job and quite patient with this senior citizen; for that I am grateful. More
The people I worked with were great. The price for a simple 15000 mile service was ridiculous for a vehicle that I had to bring in for TWO recalls.
