GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I had an amazing experience with World Ford from the moment I walked in. I was immediately greeted and welcomeD. I wanted to look at a certified used I had an amazing experience with World Ford from the moment I walked in. I was immediately greeted and welcomeD. I wanted to look at a certified used car. The salesmen answered any and all questions that I had. I told them I wanted my husband to look at the car, but he worked late that night, so they even let me take the car overnight and drive it the next day. Keith said, "I want you to feel 100% comfortable about buying this car." There was NO pressure to buy, and I had not had that no pressure treatment with any other dealership I had been to in the area. I ended up buying the car. The staff worked very hard to get my payments where I wanted them, and I got an exceptional deal for my trade in. The buying process was also extremely smooth and easy. The staff was always friendly, relaxed, but also very professional. I would recommend World Ford to anyone and everyone! More

It was completely opposite at Ford. Very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure at all. Jeff and Keith were very professional and friendly. They even let me drive car home to show it to my husband. Wonderful Friendly Experience Could not have been happier. My wife and daughter went to pick out a reliable car for our daughter to take to college. Robert and I have purchased and traded our fair share of vehicles in the last few years, primarily because I am one of the pickiest people on the face of this Earth. I'm not one of those "it has to be completely loaded" type people, but instead I like to have what I want rather than what my husband (haha) thinks I want. Enter Troy. He recently delivered on our second vehicle in 8 months. Troy even helped with 4 month old Stella when I was arguing with myself (at least I admit it- haha) on the options and vehicle color I wanted. I can't thank Troy enough for his courtesy, professionalism and awesome personality...especially since Stella didn't cry when he held her for me! Even after calling RIGHT BEFORE coming in, they will lie and say they have it on the lot. When you get there? Oh man, it was there the previous day, and we just sold it. Thanks a lot.
