Do not buy or service your vehicle here. They schedule appointments and then don’t service your vehicle. And then tell you that they won’t be able to work it in even after you schedule an ap They schedule appointments and then don’t service your vehicle. You might as well just go somewhere else you’ll get quicker service for sure and perhaps even better service. I’m also suspicious that there is some gender bias here because every time I take the vehicle in there’s issues getting it fixed. However, when my fiancé takes in the vehicle, who is a man, there are none. More

I bought the truck around 8 months ago and have been in the shop 5 times. I thought that ford would have some type of integrity in there trucks .. but all I be run into is mechanics finding ways to not do the shop 5 times. I've newly moved to Pensacola and needing and oil change, I prefer dealership and reward points. I was so happy to see such a nice dealership, comfortable waiting room with coffee bar which is super nice to I prefer dealership and reward points.
