Sales side has always been great. Service is so slammed it’s ridiculous. Made appointment for an oil change and shuddering/misfire. Immediately the advisor snapped that “we don’t diagnostics for waiters!” She realized how rude that sounded and back tracked and said she’d ask them to look into it. The paperwork says they test drove the vehicle and couldn’t reproduce the issue. They never left the lot. Fingerprints and smudges all over my hood from them. I’ll make the drive elsewhere for service going forward. More

Service Department was full of mistruths and fabrications of the status of my truck. The service writer tried to sell me a $1400+ brake job adapting I needed pads, Rotors, and calipers. I declined and went of the status of my truck. The service writer tried to sell me a $1400+ brake job adapting I needed pads, Rotors, and calipers. I declined and went to my regular garage, with certified mechanics to take care of my brakes. It was simply in need of new brake pads. Had the calipers been "locked up" as Mr Christensen told me, I'd have been smoking the entire drive. This was a clear scam to up sell my 60K service. It's no wonder World Ford has such a terrible reputation. The mechanic wasn't working on my truck for the 9.5 hours they had it out back. I have cameras that alarm on my phone when vehicle is approached. I probably went 2 hours with no one around my truck. I feel angry that this kind of scam exists in a major dealership. There's no chance I'll use this dealership again and no chance I'll ever have anything good to say about World Ford service. Dishonesty is what takes businesses down. More

Went in for an oil change found out about a recall. Was told I wouldn't be able to have my vehicle for 24 hours. I was sent the text telling me the car was ready in just under 3 hours.
