I went in for my oil change today, Service advisor was Brandon…very nice, polite, and professional. He took care of the paperwork and had a tech transport the vehicle to the area in which oil changes are Brandon…very nice, polite, and professional. He took care of the paperwork and had a tech transport the vehicle to the area in which oil changes are done. Requested they let me know when wheels were removed for inspection of brakes and rotors. Mr. McCauley, the Dealership Service Manager wanted me to see to rear brake shoes since they were noted on previous oil change document for replacement. He showed me what they noticed on my last visit and recommended replacement. I appreciate it he took time to show me why that replacement was necessary…I agree. I will now make an appointment for the brake shoes to be replaced, rotors repaired/or replaced, and brake fluid removed/system flushed and new brake fluid installed. We are lucky to have such professional staffing at our local Ford dealership in Pensacola. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. I always complain about time it takes for service rendered. Oil and filter change plus air filter and wiper changed. Two hours. Appointment at 8:00 and left at 10:05. Pulled in area there were at least 14 agents at the desks. No one acknowledged me even though I was 1 of only 2 customers there after speaking to at leat 4 of them just sitting there they all all said desks. Finally a lady came out of the office and waited on me. I have never been so rudely treated by people that there jobs were to service customers as quickly as possible. I heard one asking whoever they were on the phone where did they want to eat lunch! IT WAS 9 AM! This is the most ridiculous place I have EVER visited. The agent Miranda was very helpful and apologized for their behavior. She was very helpful and courteous! KUDO'S to her, she could teach the others how they should do their jobs! More
