I have taken two of my vehicles here (2013 F150 and 2012 F250) for regular maintenance, fluid changes, etc. just because I like sustaining some form of relationship with a dealership. Unfortunately, I will never be back to this dealership. I went in after 5,000 miles of driving to get an oil and filter change with tire rotation. I have had no issues up to this point. Once receiving the truck, it drove fine for a short distance and then there arose a grinding/scraping sound for the next 300 ish miles. I only drive 10-20 miles a day for work but over the next few days had put on those few hundred going to Alabama and back. I then flew out of town for two weeks, came back, and it was still there grinding. I brought it in to the dealership because surely something must have happened with the tire rotation, oil change, anything. The dealership claimed that all of my brake pads were fine EXCEPT for my right rear, and suggested I change both rear rotors, calipers, and brake pads to a tune of $1,500. Trusting the dealership, I bought my own parts (half the price of the dealer's) but then found my own time to take apart the truck and do it myself. Oddly, when I took the right rear tire off and exposed the brake pads, rotors, etc. It was missing ONE ENTIRE BRAKE PAD and the calipers had grinded off onto the rotor, pieces of metal literally fell off when I took the caliper off. Now you tell me, how could I have driven over 5,000 miles with no issues, no sounds, no braking, and then I go in for an oil change and tire rotation and I'm missing a braked pad and the caliper is shredding metal on the rotor? I will never come here again, I will never recommend this location (I had a friend sell a nice 2017 toyota tundra to them for cash in 2020 as well), and I will do everything in my power to suggest traveling to crestview or alabama for sales. I do not recommend this location. More
Don’t go to this dealership! !! They’re rip off. I took my 2019 ford explorer in for a check in, the car was giving me some problems. They told my insurance it’d have take 2weeks !! They’re rip off. Just 1day later I had to bring it again because it was worse than the first time. 2 more weeks and here we are again. Car is back in and in a much worse and dangerous situation. Another month goes by and they tell me they need an engineer to find out what’s wrong with it. Comes up it’s the engine. Obviously my extended warranty is worth nothing since they won’t honor it. 4 months now and they still have my car, with a disassembled engine that they won’t put back together unless I pay the $14k they want to charge me. They don’t have a courtesy car, they ignore your calls and if they do pick up they hang up on you. Please be aware and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. More
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was it took a long time to complete. But in their defense I was only expecting an oil change ended up with four new tires. Don’t take your vehicle to WORLD FORD ! ! ESPECIALLY IF ITS OVER 5 or so years old ! They will tell you to be able to find the problem they would need to run at least 2 hours of computer di ! Only to charge you out the whazoo and then tell you that with the age of your vehicle we can’t help you !!!???? WHATTT ! Wait I thought this was a REPAIR shop ? Sorry the age of your vehicle is not worth fixing!! ???? REALLY !!??? WTH??? THEN WHY DID YOU RECOMMEND THE COMPUTER DIAGNOSES????? TOTAL RIP OFF !!!! THANKS FOR NOTHIN !!! TOTAL WASTE OF 6 WEEKS WITH NO WORK TRUCK AND OUT OF $794.00 BEWARE More
Went for a simple oil change , no tire rotation which I was told it was going to take an hr. Took them 2.5 hrs. Asked the “service advisor” after 1.5 hrs , she tell me she “ they are working on your car r was told it was going to take an hr. Took them 2.5 hrs. Asked the “service advisor” after 1.5 hrs , she tell me she “ they are working on your car right now. going to the parts department “ as she proceeded to walk away. 10 minutes later she tell me my “oil pan/gasket was cracked”. Wait what? How did that happen? Got no explanation. An hr weren’t by . I went to the check with her again and she was not at her desk. As I was talking to another “service advisor” who was looking into the update on my car, she walked up with her lunch in hand and she then interrupted my conversation with.the guy that was trying to help me and she said “ I had gone to the parts store to get your FREAKING OIL part”! I said excuse me, is that how you talk with your customers that you “had to go get your freaking oil part ?” Once she realized that I. Was not happy about her rude comments, in front of her coworkers, she said she was joking! Joking with whom, certainly it was not a joke to me. I p minutes later I finally got my car with scratches on the pass see rear door, front number and above the front passenger wheel of which I took pictures while at the dealership before I got into the car. Tried to talk to a service management and was told by the guys who answered the phone and said “unfortunately we don’t have a manager at this time”. Never again will I ever go there. I sure hope they actually changed the oil like they were supposed to and that I don’t have any leaking oil. So much for service. Never gain. Should have taken my car to Toyota! More
This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever encountered. From the salesperson to the General Manager. They sell crappy used vehicles and WILL NOT. honor their warranty. Don’t walk away. I came to ford hoping to trade my car in. Blake Cannon tried desperately to sell me a car. I said I wanted to look around a bit. He was stuffing his face with ice cream and told me my car was a paper weight and shrugged his shoulders about my options. Chris Jones observed our interaction snickering and smiling. Blake could have offered to help me find a rental, instead he mocked me and humiliated me. I just had a new transmission out in my car for $4,000.00 and this is how I’m treated? I will never do business with ford in the future and I will tell the world why. Blake Cannon is very rude which is saying something for a car salesman. More
