Mr. McDonald, Thank you for responding. I'd love to correct the problem and have sought resolution at your dealership without results. I have taken the car to three additional mechanics and they do not know how to correct the problem either. I believe that the solution would be to give me a different car with third-row seating, the same payments, and warranty or to receive the car and forgive the debt. If you have a vehicle that meets the same criteria (not a Chevy Traverse) I am willing to meet to evaluate what you have to offer. Thank you for your consideration,

I grew up in Michigan and was a member of the UAW as I worked and went through college. I have always bought ford vehicles and the response I got from your dealership was totally out of bounds. As a Navy Doctor for 26 years I learned to follow orders. I did what you dealership told me to do to order this vehicle. To first get no response and then be hung on by “manager” was unacceptable. I want to patronage the the local dealer, but if you don’t want my business, I still have lots of contacts in Michigan who will take my order.
