It’s always taken so long to look and search for a vehicle. I was actually there to look at a different vehicle and as I pulled up it was being driven off the lot! I met with my salesman and he gave m vehicle. I was actually there to look at a different vehicle and as I pulled up it was being driven off the lot! I met with my salesman and he gave me a few other options to choose from. I made my decision and Marco took it from there, I was in my new Nissan Rogue within 6hrs! By far the best experience ever I will be back in the future when I’m ready to trade ! Thanks Marco for all your help I love my World Ford ride! More
Ok so I wrote a review a few months back on World Ford and the way this Ford company has treated my father. So here we are again he needs his truck fixed and he pays extra every month for the full service and the way this Ford company has treated my father. So here we are again he needs his truck fixed and he pays extra every month for the full service package, now his truck needs services and they still want him to pay more. These people are rip offs. I just purchased my vehicle in South Fl. And they treated me Great. I have the full package also and they treat me with Respect. As soon as I can I will trade his truck into another dealership and get him better product and services. It is that BAD!!!! If I can give Ford no stars I would. More

We purchased a 2019 Expedition brand new. The purchasing experience was great (isn't it always tho)... Pensacola World Ford is the absolute worse dealership I have ever bought from. My family is retired military, we've bought all over the world so I have some comparisons... In other words, I'm not a newbie! Their customer service is beyond broken!! It starts with the manager! If they were concerned about their customers they would not allow that guy to manage the customer service department!! If you don't mind giving your hard earned money to an establishment that absolutely Do Not follow thru on warranty issues or damage to your vehicle created by their own department, when in maintenance, then it's the place for you!! The treatment of customers in the service dept and warranty dept is absolutely disgusting!! My "icing on the cake", so to speak, was when I brought my vehicle in at a scheduled time that they gave me (which was 2 weeks out from when I called and that was their earliest, so...) I show up on time and I sit for 15 minutes on the outside of their new service dept waiting for them to open the huge garage door and yes they knew I was there because it's made out of glass, and only opened the door after I walked in and asked them to do so and still waited for another 10 minutes before being asked if I needed help (I had already asked for help again) and there was only one other customer there. Told them I had an appt at said time and was told, we can't even get to your vehicle for 2 days, you read that right, 2 DAYS! Iasked what the point of the appt was if you couldn't even get to me for 2 days and not only could they not get me in they insisted on keeping the car or otherwise they wouldn't start the "ticket order". That, my friends, was my "icing" and I immediately left there and sold my vehicle that day and will NEVER buy from them again!!! I will tell everyone I can how absolutely disgraceful and disgusting Pensacola World Ford is and you can make up your own mind on what's important to you and where you don't mind spending your hard earned money. So so much more to this story..... Even tho long, this is a synopsis. Also, their employees treat your vehicles with nothing but disrespect!! I witnessed many disrespectful actions with no resolvement after bringing it to the manager...... just another reason that clown shouldn't be a manager!! But it really does speak volumes of the entire establishment!! This place should be treated like a bedbug infested hotel..... **AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS** More
This was the worst service I have ever received. After waiting one and a half hours , I was informed that my truck would be ready very soon. Thirty minutes later, I went to the service advisor area to det waiting one and a half hours , I was informed that my truck would be ready very soon. Thirty minutes later, I went to the service advisor area to determine delay. A heavy set red headed young man ignored my inquiry. My service advisor had gone to lunch. My keys were on his desk, unbelievable. No telling how long my vehicle had been ready. In the past, they always rotate the tires, this did not happen. They did not check any fluid levels, Earlier that day I took a vehicle into the Nissan dealership. They changed the oil/filter rotated the tires, washed and vacuumed the vehicle in forty minutes. When I informed your service department of my experience with the Nissan dealership I was told that World Ford was not that fast, unbelievable. I will never deal with World Ford again.
