I came in for a scheduled test drive for a 2017 Dodge Charger RT. I patiently waited to be serviced, to not be shown the features of the car, no Hood or Trunk Open, didn’t even unlock the car doors. I asked for a test drive, and the guy told me they can’t pull miles on the car. The exactly very next day the car was moved to the other side… wasted my time. Worst customer service ever.. if u didn’t have time or feel like showing me the car… I could of waited to be shown by someone that actually felt like doing there job!!!!! More
I put in a reservation for a Ford 150 lighting. I received an email that was just sent to everyone who made a reservation for this vehicle. It told me to come in and pick out what I wanted on this ve received an email that was just sent to everyone who made a reservation for this vehicle. It told me to come in and pick out what I wanted on this vehicle and get a contract. I called three times and no reply. The fourth call got me to a manager who promptly hung up on me when I told him the problem. Do not go to this dealership. More
I was a bit skeptical about leaving my vehicle for a week. It overturned my decision when I had my car towed to the dealership and Ryan contacted me as my service advisor. The overall experience was a satisfactory one, considering the experience I had before I decided to get it towed. I would like for Ryan to be recognized for delivering great customer service and keeping me in the loop with the results of my vehicle. Also, the technician that worked on my vehicle. I have had non warranty repairs and maintenance on my F150 in the past at World Ford. This particular service was diagnosis related. The service adviser I had today was Katie. The technician whom conduct F150 in the past at World Ford. This particular service was diagnosis related. The service adviser I had today was Katie. The technician whom conducted the repairs and diagnostic work previously as well as today was Ian. Both Katie and Ian have great dispositions about themselves and were very informative and transparent when answering my questions and going over my repair options. Katie even went as far to provide an Uber for me so I could tend to other things in the down time. Katie and Ian’s grassroots approach coupled with their professionalism was certainly noted. It’s always taken so long to look and search for a vehicle. I was actually there to look at a different vehicle and as I pulled up it was being driven off the lot! I met with my salesman and he gave m vehicle. I was actually there to look at a different vehicle and as I pulled up it was being driven off the lot! I met with my salesman and he gave me a few other options to choose from. I made my decision and Marco took it from there, I was in my new Nissan Rogue within 6hrs! By far the best experience ever I will be back in the future when I’m ready to trade ! Thanks Marco for all your help I love my World Ford ride! More
