Of all the cars dealership i have visited.This dealership have top them all.The business was so very clean. And everybody was so nice.And evening the used cars looked brand new from the inside to the outside have top them all.The business was so very clean. Marco was was great to work with and took the hassle out of buying a vehicle. Still waiting on a call back regarding a spare tire, as the vehicle was not equipped with one. Had really bad service. Scheduled an appointment and told them precisely what I needed done and that I would wait on the vehicle service. I called the parts department and verified they had the parts on hand them precisely what I needed done and that I would wait on the vehicle service. I called the parts department and verified they had the parts on hand. Had to drive 35 miles to get there. When I showed up on time they told me it would take a full day plus a few hours and that they were backed up as only one mechanic could do the work. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I contacted a local repair facility and they did the job in 5 hours and fit me in the same day and charged me way less than Ford was going to. Well WF lost a loyal customer after many years of service. Job well done WF... More

Marco has been excellent with every purchase my wife and I have made. And this was our 5th from World Ford since 2007. I had previously worked with Dean to order my 2015 Mustang GT. He met my wife and I and I have made. And this was our 5th from World Ford since 2007. I had previously worked with Dean to order my 2015 Mustang GT. He met my wife and I and it was the smoothest buy I ever had until that point. Then again for an Escape a few years later. When it came time to upgrade to something bigger, Dean was no longer there but he out me in touch with Marco who helped me find our first Explorer while I was overseas in Iraq. The vehicle was ready to go the day I got back and was yet another easy transaction. Mar o is beyond patient and went above and beyond to get my wife and I what we wanted at a pro e we were comfortable with. He is truly an asset to the World Ford family and my family appreciates what he has done for us.! More
