Never Fails to Disappoint After having three vehicles service here over the past three years I have learned that there is only one constant with this dealership - they will alw After having three vehicles service here over the past three years I have learned that there is only one constant with this dealership - they will always mess up even the simplest of tasks in a spectacular fashion. I have yet to come to the dealership for any level of service to not be met by unexpected delays and/or unsatisfactory service. Scheduled oil changes that take 3 1/2 hours (scheduled, mind you, not show up for unscheduled "quick" service), a battery change that took 5 1/2 hours, a battery change with the wrong battery installed (different visit, different vehicle) and the list goes on. On the sales side, they apparently don't need your business as I needed to renew my Ford ESP warranty before it expired and they couldn't be bothered to return a call or web based inquiry, so they lost to sale directly to Ford. If you have a non-Ford warranty sold to you by another Ford dealership, they may or may not honor it, but in my case, they decided to tell me that they would not honor it after they serviced it and tried to charge me dealer repair rates (which is why I have a warranty). Currently I have a diesel sitting for an unspecified number of days before I can even get a diagnosis, which means through the Ford ESP process, I can't get a rental truck until that happens. So I am without a vehicle for an unspecified number of days waiting for World Ford to get around to it. Overall, shady, unimpressive and loyalty is absolutely not valued or rewarded. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. More

The lack of integrity of this dealership and collision center are the reasons I'm on here. I bought a new truck from this place. Once I went to detail it, I noticed multiple spots throughout the paint that wouldn't come out. Brought it to their collision center and tech rubbed paint thinner on the hood and diagnosed as fallout contamination from transport. Long story short, at their discretion, took it to their collision center for an acid wash. I requested multiple times that no abrasive tools be used. Terms were agreed and was told not to worry. Upon pick up I noticed the vehicle was, extremely dirty, scratched bumper to bumper, and spots were still there. They stated that it needed to be sanded even more and assured me the condition to include the bumper to bumper scratches would be resolved. When voiced my concerns of compromising the clear coat and wanting to be certain that further repairs would be guaranteed, the collision center manager became irate. In front of the GM, he accused me of causing the spots. Then stated acid rain caused it. Then my sprinklers (don't own). Then a Home Depot parking lot. Even went on to say it was normal and that his truck had it. You cannot make this stuff up. He wanted to out source further repairs as he didn't want to tie up his technicians from doing other jobs. The person that they made an appointment with was a no show. I've since been driving with these etched spots, scratches, and swirl marks burned into the clear coat. This has been a bad dream for our family. The collision center manager since denied sanding my entire vehicle when Ford was out to evaluate. I've taken it to two other local Ford dealerships at the discretion of Ford customer service. Neither would touch it due to the clear coat losing more integrity. Stay away from this place as they truly don't care about their customers and lack the honesty you deserve. Thank you for reading my review! -Erik More
Biggest rip-0ff place I’ve ever encountered. Took my F-150 in because heater was not working. They diagnosed a leaking top radiator hose. Told me it would cost $850.00 to replace. Took it to another mechanic was told the hose was not leaking and if it did need replacing it would be about $100. More

It's only about the money Marlon and Sonic were very nice when I went in to look for a new car. They asked a ton of questions about what I wanted. Then when I started asking Marlon and Sonic were very nice when I went in to look for a new car. They asked a ton of questions about what I wanted. Then when I started asking questions about the prices, they wouldn't give me a direct answer and started lying to me about really obvious things like how the MSRP is the price that the dealership paid to get the car. They said they'd get back to me on some other questions I had, but they never did. I was the only person in the sales floor and they kept me waiting and waiting for an answer but always came back saying that they couldn't give me an answer because someone else would help me. No one answered any of my questions but they kept pushing me to buy a more expensive car. More
