The service department could not be more disorganized. The coordinators look away when they see you coming so they don't have to help you. The girl I dealt with had nothing in the system under my name and didn't even remember me. When it was done nobody could find the paperwork because it was attached to the wrong repair order. I recognized my key and found it myself. Enough said? More

I had no issues ordering the I custom ordered a 2018 Mustang Ecoboost Premium from the sales representative Marco Barlow at World Ford in Pensacola. I had no issues ordering the Mustang through USAA pricing, which by the way is one of the few dealerships that honor USAA pricing in the gulf coast. I am happy that World Ford honors this because it is the main reason why I purchased my Mustangs through them. Any other Ford incentives that were offered that I qualified for I was able to apply to the purchase of my new vehicle without any issues. Marco provided me with a VIN number from Ford as soon as he received one. He gave me a link to a website to track my order through its process from being built to being shipped to the dealership. Marco had the car nice and clean for me when I arrived. He was friendly and had a good smile on his face. I can tell he actually enjoys his job. There is some people who smile in the sales department, but are faking it. Marco is not fake and he works hard. It answered any phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. He even has a good memory because years ago I thought about buying a 2015 Mustang when they first came out, but I decided to wait. Marco remembered me from 3 years ago when I test drove that 2015 Mustang. I test drove and ordered the 2018 Mustang the day I went to look at the 2018 Mustang because I was so impressed with the new 10 speed automatic transmission and the increased performance in the Mustang's Performance Package.
