Excellent experience I shopped for weeks, as we had specific needs for a MiniVan. Keep in mind we live over 3 hours away, so I called them and spoke to Marco. Most importantly, he didn't go through the usual non-sense with back and forth through the sales manager. I told him what I wanted, no trade-in and that I was paying cash. I made my offer and the offer included the Florida state taxes, (I;m from New Orleans area) and was exactly what I was willing to pay. Bottom line, we got the right price, and they had the right Mini Van in great condition, as they promised, so we drove over to Pensacola. We had one other vehicle to look at but decided on them, because they did this without hassle and upfront with the right price. My wife loves her almost new Minivan, I would definitely recommend World Ford and Marco. Thank you, Glen and Linda More

Frank cursed and told me to get my truck the xxxx out of there after i called him out on a lie. They wanted to charge me 970$ to fix my battery and said it corroded all my cables. It didn't. Yes I needed a new battery but the cables were fine and the other ford shop just laughed when I told them about world of ford. It's a shame. More

Longer than expected Was not informed about a “employee lunch” when I made appointment over the phone. Appointment at 11:30 for a Sync SOFTWARE UPDATE......left at 3:00. Was not informed about a “employee lunch” when I made appointment over the phone. Appointment at 11:30 for a Sync SOFTWARE UPDATE......left at 3:00. Never got informed on progress, I checked in multiple times to make sure they weren’t re-building my engine. Was informed it wasn’t smart that I made an appointment the “day before a holiday”. Not just a sale We went to a couple of dealers locally and got the feeling that we were nothing more than a sale to them and they kept trying to push cars that we did We went to a couple of dealers locally and got the feeling that we were nothing more than a sale to them and they kept trying to push cars that we did not want. That didn't happen with Marco at World Ford. He only showed us cars that we wanted to look at and stayed away from the models that we wanted that had the features we didn't. He also worked hard to make sure that we were sticking to the payments that we wanted. The whole team worked to make it happen but Marco was that front man running everything down and making sure we were happy. He even played basketball with our kids while we signed papers. Outstanding service and it actually felt good to buy from this dealership. More
