Custom Ordered F250 I came to World Ford to custom order a brand new F250. I knew what I wanted and had several offers from other dealerships. I was upfront with all of t I came to World Ford to custom order a brand new F250. I knew what I wanted and had several offers from other dealerships. I was upfront with all of that and to my surprise they not only matched my best offer they beat it. And if that's not good enough I was given top dollar on my trade without having to go back and forth several times. The total time spent in the dealership from day one to the day I drove off with my truck was no more that 3 or 4 hours. That includes the 1 1/2 hours of paperwork involved with buying a new truck. My salesman Marco was by far the best I've dealt with in any dealership. World Ford is the only dealership in this area I will deal with now. Go see Marco and see for yourself! More

Everyone was very helpful. Marco took us under his wing and even helped us get into service for new tires prior to heading back home. The timing was perfect. The truck was perfect and the experience was perfect. Would gladly make the drive again for such customer service. A huge thanks. More
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE THERE Would give 0 stars if i could Took my 2017 Ford Focus in for an inspection and window tint. Went ahead and let them change the oil too.I purchased my vehicle from another dealership 2 days previous to my visit but because it was a Ford I felt comfortable going to the Ford dealership for everything. Big mistake. My car was there for most of the day and everyone seemed nice and helpful. When I got my car home I realized that there were NUMEROUS scratches and a huge dent on my front bumper. These were definetly not there when I dropped my car off to them. I brought my car back immediately. Spoke with the service manager and he said he would speak to the collision manager ( since collision did the tint) and all would be worked out and fixed. The next morning after not receiving any update, my husband called and spoke with the same service manager as the night before. This time however he was not so pleasant. He basically implied me and my husband liars. Said that all those scratches and dents were there when we dropped the car off. Funny he said that because when you drop your car off for service at Ford, they do an inspection of your vehicle and notate any scratches or dings. Guess What? There were none. Once this was pointed out to the manager he said that the employee that did the inspection must have overlooked everything. REALLY?!? My husband ended having to go up there because nothing was being solved over the phone. When he got there the customer service just got worse. The GM came out to speak with him. His tone and his words were incredibly demeaning, rude, and definetly not discreet. He kept insinuating my husband was a liar and a 'shemer' . My husband asked to see video footage from their security cameras. They claimed to have none... . No one took responsibility for the damage done. No ,Ford did not offer to fix a single scratch or dent. No, no apology was ever given. Finally after threatening to speak to corporate, they refunded the cost for the window tint. The damage done to my car will cost way more than what they refunded us to fix. I am completely dumbfounded by how my husband and I were treated. It is by far the worst customer service I ever experienced. I do not recommend them for anything and will definetly not return. More

Unsatisfactory My son took my F150 truck for service on Saturday morning for an 8:00 am appointment, which means of you wait, otherwise when we get to it. Same sympt My son took my F150 truck for service on Saturday morning for an 8:00 am appointment, which means of you wait, otherwise when we get to it. Same symptoms starting the vehicle which they fixed exactly one year ago but now we are told for a different reason. Wednesday morning they started to fix it. Along the way numerous phone calls were made to service department to inquire about status and none were returned. Bill was over 100$ greater than original quote and no one could provide explanation. Same problem a year ago in getting information. Needless to say won't be back. Employee noted is not responsible but form can't be completed without naming someone. No one would return a call More
