Don’t buy from this dealership. Bought my car 6 weeks ago and when I try to get someone to call me back about the money I’m owed, no one calls back. Tried 7 times, 2 today. Disappointing Thought I had found the right Ford dealer to service my new Jayco RV on a Ford E450 chassis. My initial contact with Kim Singer was pleasant and she t Thought I had found the right Ford dealer to service my new Jayco RV on a Ford E450 chassis. My initial contact with Kim Singer was pleasant and she took the time to show me how to access the dealership easily while maneuvering the 29 ft class c. We had to reschedule due to rain as the work would have to be performed outdoors. Still no worries. I arrived Saturday at 0850 10 minutes prior to my appointment. Brian Goolsby initially had trouble finding my appointment, but we worked it out and I gave him the keys and went to the service waiting area. Two and a half hours later I got an email that said my service was scheduled for 230. I tracked down Brian and he assured me my service was currently in process. Meanwhile I watched at least two full waves of customers that arrived after me have their service completed and on their way. After 4 hours my service was finally complete. 4 hours for an oil change and multi point inspection is unacceptable. The only excuse I got was at check out “It’s been one of those days”. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

The service department could not be more disorganized. The coordinators look away when they see you coming so they don't have to help you. The girl I dealt with had nothing in the system under my name and didn't even remember me. When it was done nobody could find the paperwork because it was attached to the wrong repair order. I recognized my key and found it myself. Enough said? More
